We now enable personal pick-up in the parcel locker, which you may find next to the store. 
In this way, we want to make it easier for you to pick up the shipment outside working hours.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING
You can now pick up your online orders in the parcel locker.
You can do this by choosing the option “Personal pick-up in parcel locker” when ordering online. 
In this case, the payment method of cash on delivery is impossible; the size is limited to 45 cm x 25 cm x 20 cm and the weight to 10 kg. 
When the package is ready, we will notify you by SMS.

PACKAGE PICK-UP
Call the phone number you received in the SMS message.
Step in front of the parcel locker with your package and follow the instructions from the answering machine.
Place the phone's front side close to the lock and wait for the sound key to unlock the parcel locker.
Take the package and close the parcel locker.

Download the Direct4me mobile application and create a user account.
Find your shipment in the list of packages.
The application will display the label of the parcel locker with your package.
Select the button to unlock the parcel locker and scan the QR code on the screen of the parcel locker.
Select the button to unlock the parcel locker and scan the QR code on the screen of the parcel locker.
Take the package and close the parcel locker.
